Exercise in Style:  Getting Started

Lets be real.  As college students we've all heard of the Freshman 15, the Senior 40.. ect. But who says you have to pick up weights and spend countless hours on those foreign contraptions with the moving belt. By broadening your horizons getting in shape can be fun! Here are some new ways to add fitness to you busy college schedule.

Bend. Stretch. Breath. A great way to start off the day is a stress reliving yoga class. Midterms, research papers and semester projects can feel like a huge rock is sitting on top of you. Yoga can help you take control of your stress and bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

If you can't make it to your local studio or don't have the budget, you can get with some friends and visit Yoga Today where you can register and have full access to a variety of yoga videos for different experience levels, and it's FREE!
