So I'm sure some of you have heard of this great site before, but for those of you who haven't- you're in for a treat!! Etsy is similar to eBay but on steroids! It's a place where people can buy and sell these amazing hand crafted items. They have anything from art to furniture to vintage pieces at reasonable prices.

Well it looks like they're calling it quits just a few months into their marraige. Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries just confirmed that the two are indeed headed for divorce court. Can't say that I'm surprised that the two are separating. However, I must say that I didn't expect it to happen so soon. As surprisng as this may seem, I get the feeling that they are just two people that dove in too soon. I initially thought that the nuptuals were a publicity stunt and a means of income. Maybe I was wrong, but I am not a person that finds joy in anothers sorrow. I hope that they can find a way to split amicablly and put the relationship behind them.

Amy Winehouse was a singer/sonwriter that I was never that into until she passed away. Now that I am starting to hear more of her music, I am realizing how great of a singer she was. For those fans of hers that miss her voice and lyrics, Winehouse's  last ablum will be released on December 5th. The album will consist of unheard music that Winehouse had been working on before she passed. The album consist of 12 songs and is being released due to the talent of the young Winehouse. Producers and friends feel that an artist who has never repeated a melody or take while recording should never be forgotten and putting this album out will prevent this.

R.I.P Amy Whinehouse- a woman whose music will never be forgotten!

German/Romanian Born Chirstian Condrin, takes on rugged masculinity in a new way. He is one of the fresh faces that everyone is "jocking" at the moment. Known for his ability to breathe life into a look, and an uncanny ability to capture the attention of male and female customers, he is someone that you should be looking out for. Those sea greens eyes aren't a bad addition to a repertoire either. My God, who has sea green eyes these days. That's definitely a first for me.

So, being all into sparkly and fashion forward things, lol we like to keep our eyes on the people that are trail blazing. By, that we mean people that are doing there own thing in a fantabulous way. Yes, I know that fantabulus is not a word. But when your a as terminally ill as I am you fly above conventions. Did you catch that terminally ill thing? Cause I'm so sick, its terminal. Ha ha ha, I crack myself up. Of course that wasn't meant to offend anyone. If you are indeed terminally ill or knows someone that is, I deeply apologize. Now, on to more pressing matters. These people were photographed by my secret team of collegues. So, if your on here then that means we think your kinda cool. We may even be considering you for the future "That's My Baby's Mama" and the coveted "Future Baby Daddy's" award. Don't hesitate to step right up and collect your prize. lol

Girl there are some 40 year old women that would pay thousands for those legs. You better strut it, cause later on it life they may not look as good. She makes me want to hop on a treadmill though. Is that a good thing?

Adele, the British singer who surprised everyone with her voice is now having to cancel her tour (BUMMER!) The first time she had to cancel a show, she thought that she needed vocal lessions, but that just wasn't the case. Adele is now having surgery on her throat, but is expected to have a full recovery!!! (YESSSSS!)

Sweater Weather is Better Weather

It's that time of year again..sweater season!

Some people have different thoughts when they hear the word "sweater". They might think of a tacky, piling, itchy sweater that they're mother's used to make them wear to school. Well news flash- this isn't your mother's sweater!


This season we can find a variety of cuts and colors that can flatter any body type and are extremely comfortable. Lately while searching other blogs and fashion websites I've seen many over sized fits (which I love). I can see myself pairing them with leggings and boots and POW I'm ready to conquer the day!

Magazine Fab VMAN

So, I've heard about VMAN a few times, but I never really researched the mag until just recently. So I go to their main page and there is a copy of their cover and a video on top. So, being inquisitive I decide to play the video instead of closing the tab as I usually would. It turns out to be a video of some guy working out. Really? The first thing a visitor sees is that guy looking all cool. Mind you I just consumed half of a cheese pizza with a white sauce base, turkey bacon, and pineapples. Now, I'm watching the video and i begin to think to myself "This sucks. Maybe I should go get on a treadmill." Do you ever look at those uber sexy people that when you see them you automatically become overrun with sadness. That's what just happen to me. So, because I am such a generous person I thought I'd leave some of that sentiment for you all. I'm going to eat a Snickers Bar. Hungry? Why wait?

So, its especially thrilling that Vogue Italia, one of the most influential publications in the world, has been so supportive of models of color. Take a look at this profile of the Lovely Arlenis Sosa. She is so sweet and gorgeous. She makes me just want to pinch her cheeks, on her face that is. Arlenis is very talented, she booked Vogue and Vogue Italia only two weeks after being signed. She has also been featured in: Allure, Elle, Interview, I-D, and Spanish Harper's Bazzar. Watch this video and you will understand why she could be the future Ms. Huntley/The mother of my children! I kid. I kid.

AmericasMart Atlanta

Recently, AIMO got the opportunity to tour AmericasMart in Downtown Atlanta, GA. Kristie Forbes, an ECU alum, gave us the star treatment allowing us to browse three of the four buildings on its campus. Its called a campus because there is over 7.7 million square feet of selling space. The four buildings are integrated allowing for an average of 880, 000 per building.There are 15 annual marts, which are opportunities for buyers to preview and purchase goods for resale.  Each of the It is AMAZING, and something we hope most will have a chance to see. AmericasMart is the largest trade show and trade mart in the world. Americas mart isn't open to the public. Buyers have to provide a valid business license and register in order to browse the premises. They are required to wear badges at all times or risk being escorted out by scary security officers. So, we were excited to have the opportunity to view the mart. Take a look at photos from our experience.
