Say It Ain't So: Beyonce May Be Out of $100 Million soon

A company that Beyonce agreed to create a video called Starpower: Beyonce, got the go ahead from a New York judge to pursue a $100 million civil suit. They allege that the entertainer "double crossed" them asking to change the terms of their agreement abruptly, and then abandoning the project. They claim that as a result of her actions their company folded after investors backed out due to the entertainers sudden departure. The entertainer and her husband's net worth is estimated to be upwards of a collective $750 million. So, maybe she wont bat a lash if she is ordered to pay up. I think I would be pretty distraught if I were in her position.

Take a look at some other celebs that are experiencing money troubles inside.

T.O. filed papers in three separate child support cases to have his payments lowered because he makes zero dollars, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Comedian Chris Tucker's $6 million 10,000-square-foot Florida estate was set to go into foreclosure last month according to papers obtained by the Orlando Sentinel.

Marital woes (and NBA lockout) aside, Kris Humphries found himself amid some other drama last month as the victim of an alleged $1.7 million investment scam.

To avoid foreclosure, Russell was forced to sell his Bay area home at the end of September for just over one million dollars. In 2007, Russell was the number one draft pick -- with a $60 million contract -- and paid $2.4 million for the house.

A month after his Nashville home was raided by IRS agents, former G-Unit rapper Young Buck filed for bankruptcy. Rapper 50 Cent fought his former protégé's bankruptcy-exit plan, querying how Young Buck will manage his business affairs post-bankruptcy. Filing under Chapter 13 allowed Buck to pay creditors back under a court-approved five-year plan. He'll also be able to reclaim the items the IRS seized once his debt is paid off.

In August, actress and singer Fantasia Barrino has been hit with a $25,000 lawsuit by a bank she allegedly owes money to.
